1. Service Agreement
By requesting and receiving pest control services from Turbo Pest Control, you agree to the following terms:
- You are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to request pest control services
- The information you provide about the pest problem and property is accurate
- You will provide access to the property at the scheduled time
- You accept responsibility for following post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians
2. Service Pricing & Payment
Quotations
All quotations provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Actual property size and condition upon inspection
- Severity of pest infestation
- Accessibility of treatment areas
- Additional services required
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payment methods
- For contract services, payment schedules will be specified in the service agreement
Important: Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Prices may change for bookings made after this period.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointment Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment via WhatsApp or phone call.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows without prior notice may be charged a service call fee
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
4. Service Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Turbo Pest Control provides warranty coverage for specific treatments as follows:
- General Pest Control: 30-day warranty for treated areas
- Termite Treatment: Warranty period as specified in service contract (typically 1-5 years)
- Bed Bug Treatment: 60-day warranty with follow-up inspection
- Rodent Control: 30-day warranty for treated areas
Warranty Conditions
Warranty is valid only if:
- Post-treatment instructions are followed
- Property conditions remain unchanged (no new entry points, maintained sanitation)
- Warranty claim is reported within the warranty period
- Payment for services has been completed
Free Re-treatment: If pests return within the warranty period under normal conditions, we will provide free re-treatment for the affected areas.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure effective treatment and maintain warranty validity, customers must:
- Prepare the Property: Follow pre-treatment preparation instructions provided
- Provide Access: Ensure technicians can access all areas requiring treatment
- Disclose Information: Inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or pets that may be affected by treatment
- Follow Instructions: Adhere to post-treatment guidelines regarding ventilation, cleaning, and re-entry times
- Maintain Sanitation: Keep the property clean to prevent re-infestation
- Report Issues: Contact us promptly if pests return within the warranty period
6. Safety & Health
Product Safety
All products used by Turbo Pest Control are approved for use in Malaysia and applied according to manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
Health Precautions
- Inform us of any occupants with respiratory conditions, allergies, or chemical sensitivities
- Inform us of pregnant women, infants, or elderly persons in the property
- Remove or cover food items, utensils, and pet accessories before treatment
- Pets and aquariums must be removed or protected during treatment
Medical Advisory: If any person experiences adverse reactions after treatment, seek medical attention immediately and contact us to report the incident.
7. Liability Limitations
Turbo Pest Control shall not be liable for:
- Damage to property that is structurally unsound or in poor condition
- Personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
- Re-infestation caused by neighboring properties or new pest entry points
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from pest infestation
- Delays in service due to circumstances beyond our control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Property Access & Privacy
By engaging our services, you authorize our technicians to:
- Enter and inspect all areas of the property relevant to treatment
- Take photographs for documentation and service records
- Place monitoring devices or bait stations as required
All information gathered during service visits is treated confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Turbo Pest Control website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Turbo Pest Control and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from our services:
- Contact us directly to discuss and resolve the issue
- If unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation
- Any legal proceedings shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia
11. Changes to Terms
Turbo Pest Control reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
